Prime College

Prime College is a data innovation, administration, and science school in Nayabazar (Khusibu) Kathmandu, Nepal, set up in 2001. The school offers courses for +2 administration and science (subsidiary to Higher Secondary Education Board); BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration), BIM (Bachelor of Information Management), BBS (Bachelor of Business Studies) B.Sc (CSIT) (are partnered with the Tribhuvan University of Nepal) and CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate).

The school covers eight ropanis of area in a downtown area and has three structures, 35 rooms, two PC labs, two PC helped library, and a varying media room. The library has an accumulation of 10,200 books, magazines and diary

The school was built up in 2001, as Nepal's First IT empowered College. At first, Prime College presented +2 Management (Intermediate Level), Bachelor of Information Management (Under Graduate Level) in 2001. The school then presented the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 2003. By the year 2005, +2 Science and another under graduate system Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) were presented. Moreover, in 2009 Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology (B.Sc (CSIT)) was presented. Presently there are aggregate of two middle of the road project and four under-graduate projects in Prime College.

At first in 2002, the school began its global organization with Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). Later in 2007 organization with NREN had begun, and in 2013 with Microsoft Innovation Center Nepal. It likewise keeps up organization with CODEWITZ.

Library

Prime College Library has books, diaries, magazines, CD-ROMs on Information Technology, Management, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, English and so forth.

Prime College has executed Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) in its library. OPAC is made accessible on the school LAN and the clients can seek by Author's name, title, subject, and catchphrases.

Processing

There are two PC labs with remote system, two Super Micro servers, one QNAP server and one IBM server and two Dell servers. The labs have PCs on a LAN running with a devoted record server. The PC labs are outfitted with Gigabit Ethernet (1000 Mbit/s) for interactive media and video system.
